Oven Fried Fish


Milk, low fat------------------------------------------------ 2 Tbsp
Egg---------------------------------------------------------- 1
Yoghurt, nonfat---------------------------------------------- 3 Tbsp
Onion powder------------------------------------------------- 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder------------------------------------------------ 1/4 tsp
Salt--------------------------------------------------------- 1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs, Italian seasoned------------------------------- 1/2 Cup
Paprika------------------------------------------------------ 1/4 tsp
Cooking spray, vegetable------------------------------------- some
Fresh fillets, cut into 4 pieces-------------------------------- 1 1/3 pounds
Butter, melted----------------------------------------------- 4 tsp
Lemon wedges------------------------------------------------- some


Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Whisk together milk, egg, yoghurt, onion, and garlic powders and salt; pour onto a plate. Combine the seasoned bread crumbs and paprika; spread onto a place. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Dip the fish pieces into the egg mixture; then coat liberally with the bread crumbs. Put onto the baking sheet and drizzle with the melted  butter. Bake about 10 minutes or until fish flakes and is done. Serve with lemon wedges
