Field Tested – To Catch the Big Ones
The flies are tied on a size 3/0 hook with a size 2/0 trailer hook which are used for the large Rainbows, Browns, and Steelheads which are located in the Pacific Northwest and Great Lakes area. These flies are trolled on planer boards and run true, in an upright position. These colors have been used with great success for trout feeding on flies. The 2/0 trailer hook can be removed and a treble hook added without disturbing the fly.
