Here's a recipe to try after a successful fishing trip. Wrap a whole
trout in bacon, season it with herbs and bake it, wrapped in foil to
contain juices and flavors.

Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins
Ingredients
1 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
2 strips of bacon
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon crushed dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried sage
1 teaspoon butter
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Wrap trout with bacon and place on a square of aluminum foil. Sprinkle
with thyme, parsley, sage and butter. Wrap aluminum foil securely around
fish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork. Open the top of foil, carefully letting steam escape; shape
foil like a boat to hold the juices in while serving.
